Customers can place calibration and service orders online and track their progress. If customers call to enquire on the status of a particular calibration or maintenance order, every Rohde & Schwarz UK employee can provide an update on the order in question. Our Fleet warehouse holdsreplacement instruments that can be made available in the event that a major repair or upgrade to a system is needed.
Rohde & Schwarz UK’s calibration centre is part of a worldwide service network, designed to ensure that ourcustomers’ technology investments are safeguarded. As such, we operate a transparent and clearly communicated service pricing structure – we promise no hidden extras or nasty surprises!
