With the high level of today’s advanced test and measurement technologies, self-repair is hardly a viable option. In fact, most self or alternative channel service providers cannot even meet minimum Rohde & Schwarz service standards, much less duplicate our infrastructure, systems and human investments. Rohde & Schwarz expertise is the critical ingredient – because no one knows Rohde & Schwarz products better than Rohde & Schwarz.
 

A few words about servicing other vendor’s products:

We’ve made a conscious decision to refrain from servicing other manufacturer’s products for the same reason. We focus on areas of service competency where we add value others cannot match - top performing instruments.
